Bob Milligan

President

Bob Milligan, president of CBMC International, resides in Lincoln, Neb., where he has been involved in CBMC in various ways for a number of years. Among his involvement, he is a member of a cbmcForum in Lincoln, which is a group of executives who meet once a month for more than four hours to serve as a “Christian board of directors” for one another.

Bob has served in leadership roles with many civic and industrial organizations, and currently serves on the board of directors of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. He currently serves on the board of Prison Fellowship Ministries and has served as chairman of the People’s City Mission Foundation. 

He and his wife, Cynthia, have been married for 41 years, and they have two sons and three daughters, as well as three son-in-laws, one daughter-in-law, nine grandchildren.

Background

A business executive for more than 30 years, he has served since 1980 as Chairman and CEO of MI Industries, a processor of meat and animal proteins and producer of nutritional pet products, biological and base cosmetic products, with facilities throughout the United States. MI Industries markets its products throughout North America and 16 international markets.

John Batcher

Executive Vice President

John Batcher joined the CBMC International team in September 2009.  John has held a number of executive leadership roles.  Most recently, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of Fat Brain Toys, a leading online retailer of children's specialty toys named a 2008 Top 500 company by Internet Retailer.  Previously, he was a Partner and Director of Operations for Prime Rigging, a nation-wide heavy haul and industrial moving company.

John is active on several local and regional boards.  Currently, he serves as a Director and Chairman of the Audit, Compliance and Exam Committee of Foundation First Bank in Omaha and an Executive Officer of the FBI Citizens' Academy Alumni Association Board of Trustees.

Background

Born and raised in a rural farming community in west-central Nebraska, John attended Nebraska Wesleyan University.  He completed graduate and executive management studies at the University of Nebraska - Lincoln and Vanderbilt University earning his Masters in Business Administration.  He is a private pilot, avid motorcyclist, and outdoor enthusiast finding the greatest adventure in serving the Lord wherever He may lead.

Nicole Brownell

Ministry Coordinator

Nicole Brownell trusted the Lord at a young age and had the privelige of being raised by parents that love the Lord.  She counts this opportunity to serve with CBMC International a privilege and a true blessing from the Lord. 

Nicole and her husband, Rob, are natives of Nebraska and enjoy serving the Lord as a team at their local church, Steadfast Bible Fellowship.  They also own a local coffeeshop, which allows them great opportunities to impact people for the Lord. She is passionate about mentoring young women and encouraging them to follow Jesus! 

Background

Nicole earned a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Spanish, as well as a Master's degree in Leadership Education from the University of Nebraska.  Prior to coming on staff with CBMC International, Nicole worked for a private, health-sciences college coordinating student recruitment and serving as adjunct faculty for the general education department.

Debbie Blank

Christian Business Women's Fellowship Director

Debbie Blank has dedicated her life to ministering to the Lord, her family and the people in her community.

She has served in leadership roles with dozens of civic and ministry boards and committees, which has allowed her to build relationships with people and to acquire a keen understanding of non-profit organizations.

She has also developed and coordinated women’s ministries and events, taught women’s Bible studies and Bible studies through Metro Community College in Omaha, spoken at conferences and retreats, hosted a daily radio program, and organized tours to the Holy Land.

She and her husband, Bob, were both born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska. They have been married 35 years and have two grown sons, Bob Jr. and Dan.

Background

Debbie and Bob have owned and operated several businesses including a national restaurant franchising company, local restaurants, a family amusement center, and a building service company. She currently serves as the Director for Living Word Ministries, a non-profit organization designed to share the truth of God’s Word and encourage people in their spiritual growth and walk.
