Meet the team

Bob Milligan
President
Bob Milligan, president of CBMC International, resides in Lincoln, Neb., where he has been involved in CBMC in various ways for a number of years. Among his involvement, he is a member of a cbmcForum in Lincoln, which is a group of executives who meet once a month for more than four hours to serve as a “Christian board of directors” for one another.
Bob has served in leadership roles with many civic and industrial organizations, and currently serves on the board of directors of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. He has also served as chairman of the People’s City Mission Foundation, and currently serves on its Board. He is currently serving as the Vice Chairman of the United States Chamber of Commerce.
He and his wife, Cynthia, have been married for 39 years, and they have two sons and three daughters, as well as three son-in-laws, one daughter-in-law, seven grandchildren.
Background
A business executive for 30 years, he has served since 1986 as Chairman and CEO of MI Industries, a processor of meat and animal proteins and producer of nutritional pet products, biological and base cosmetic products, with facilities throughout the United States. MI Industries exports its products to Canada, Japan, France, Italy, Germany, The Netherlands and China.

Jonathan Norman
Director of Program Development and Partnerships
Jonathan Norman became a part of the CBMC International team in October of 2006. Before joining CBMC International, he was founder and part-owner of DuctMedic, an indoor air quality franchise. As a business executive he enjoyed being involved with a CBMC Forum. It was out of that time with other business professionals that Jonathan learned that being in business was a high calling from God to represent Christ in the marketplace.
He enjoys serving as an elder at Steadfast Bible Fellowship in Omaha, and also, as a Board Member of SportReach International, a ministry located in Woodland Park, Colorado that utilizes the avenue of sports to share the Good News around the world.
Background
Jonathan was involved with the indoor air quality business for twelve years. He received a bachelors degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln. While in Lincoln he served as Board President and Member of City Impact, a non-profit organization dedicated to ministering Christ's love to urban neighborhoods.
Jonathan and his wife, Desirae, are proud parents of twin boys, Samuel and Joseph. In their spare time they enjoy the outdoors and spending time with friends.
Nicole Brownell
Ministry Coordinator
Nicole Brownell trusted the Lord at a young age and had the privelige of being raised by parents that love the Lord.
She and her husband, Rob, are natives of Nebraska and enjoy serving the Lord as a team at their local church, Steadfast Bible Fellowship.
Nicole counts this opportunity to serve with CBMC International a privilege and a true blessing from the Lord.
Background
Nicole earned a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Spanish, as well as a Master's degree in Leadership Education from the University of Nebraska. Prior to coming on staff with CBMC International, Nicole worked for a private, health-sciences college coordinating student recruitment and serving as adjunct faculty for the general education department.

Debbie Blank
Christian Business Women's Fellowship Director
Debbie Blank has dedicated her life to ministering to the Lord, her family and the people in her community.
She has served in leadership roles with dozens of civic and ministry boards and committees, which has allowed her to build relationships with people and to acquire a keen understanding of non-profit organizations.
She has also developed and coordinated women’s ministries and events, taught women’s Bible studies and Bible studies through Metro Community College in Omaha, spoken at conferences and retreats, hosted a daily radio program, and organized tours to the Holy Land.
She and her husband, Bob, were both born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska. They have been married 35 years and have two grown sons, Bob Jr. and Dan.
Background
Debbie and Bob have owned and operated several businesses including a national restaurant franchising company, local restaurants, a family amusement center, and a building service company. She currently serves as the Director for Living Word Ministries, a non-profit organization designed to share the truth of God’s Word and encourage people in their spiritual growth and walk.
