Enrique Cepeda
Latin America
Enrique Cepeda is the Regional Director for Latin America CBMC. He holds a Master's degree in divinity, as well as additional Master's and Doctorate degrees in theology. Prior to coming on staff with CBMC International in 1993, he was involved in church planting and pastored a church for 20 years. He and his wife, Lydia, have three daughters, two son-in-laws, and seven grandchildren.
Chang Sung Kim
Asia
Chang Sung Kim serves as the Regional Director for CBMC Asia, prior to his involvement with the ministry of CBMC International he served in the Korean army. He has received two Master's degrees, one in economics and the other in business administration. He and his wife, Ran Sik, have one daughter and two sons.
Dominique Faessler
Europe
Dominique Faessler has been involved in Christian ministry since 1999 and came on staff with CBMC International as President of Europartners (CBMC Europe) in 2002. Prior to his involvement in ministry he was a senior executive for a leading health care/pharmaceutical organization. He also received a law degree in 1973. He and his wife, Francoise, have three children.
Bob Milligan
North America
Bob Milligan serves as chairman of an animal and meat protein processing company producing biological, pharmaceutical and nutritional pet products - with production in the US and international product sales. Bob also served as president of CBMC International since 2003. He holds a Bachelor's degree in vocational agriculture and economics and a Jurist Doctorate in law. Bob and his wife, Cynthia, serve on the Board of Directors for several organizations. Bob and Cynthia, have five grown children, three son-in-laws, one daughter-in-law and three grandsons.
Paul Richardson
North America
Paul Richardson serves as the President of CBMC Canada. Prior to his involvement in the ministry he served as a pastor, Bible college professor and completed a doctorate in theology. Paul has also authored several books on various topics of the Christian faith and resources for pastors. He and his wife, Dale, have four grown sons and one granddaughter.
Richard Samuel
Asia
Richard Samuel serves as the Director of CBMC India. Prior to his involvement in the ministry he received a Master's degree of divinity and was involved in another Christian ministry in the USA. He and his wife, Annie, have four children.
Alex Chisanga
Africa
Alex Chisanga is currently the Field Ministry Coordinator for CBMC Africa and has been involved with the ministry since 2000. He holds a diploma in church planting & world missions, as well as a Bachelor's degree in ministry and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in christian leadership. Prior to coming on staff with CBMC Zambia, he served as a pastor and worked for an IT Company. He and his wife, Bridget, have one son.
Johan Woest
Africa
Johan has been a member of CBMC since 1992, but in 2001 came on staff with the ministry and is currently the Regional Director for CBMC South Africa. Prior to coming on staff with CBMC he was a financial advisor for 16 years. He and his wife, Mandie, have a son and daughter.
