Harold Cardona
Ecuador
Prior to owning and operating his own advertising agency in Quito for the past 18 years, Harold Cardona was television producer for several stations. He holds a degree in Communications and now teaches part-time at a local Christian communication center. He is very involved in training leaders at his local church, as well as serving as a consultant to leaders and managers in business.
He has been involved in CBMC Ecuador and throughout Latin America for nearly 10 years and currently serves as a member of the CBMC Ecuador and Latin America Boards. He and his wife, Patricia, have two sons.

Pam Fischer
United States
Pam is the founder and president of a company specializing in career placement and recruitment services. Previously she worked as a recruiting manager for Robert Half International and a Certified Public Accountant for Deloitte and Touche, as well as ConAgra Foods. She graduated with high honors from Creighton University with a Bachelor's degree in accounting and a Master's degree in business from the University of Nebraska.
She is an active member of the Omaha community as President of the local Christian Business Women's Fellowship (CBWF) chapter and on the leadership team of Metro Marketplace Ministries. She and her husband, Randy, and have three sons.
Joseph Foo (Secretary)
Singapore
Joseph is the chairman and the founder of an company that provides a wide range of marine communication and navigation systems for offshore oil & gas industries. He has more than 30 years of experience in the marine electronics business. He completed an undergraduate degree in marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing in England and a Master's of business administration from Oklahoma City University in the United States.
In 2007, he was awarded the Pingat Bakti Masyarakat community service award by the President of Singapore. He is vice chairman of CBMC Singapore and and active CBMC member throughout Asia. He and his wife Susan have two children.

Peter Davidse
Aruba
Peter Davidse was born in the Netherlands and moved to Aruba in 1988 to serve in the Department of Foreign Affairs. In 2001 he was appointed as Secretary to the Council of Ministers of Aruba. He received a Master's degree in Public and International Law, with an interest in working internationally. He has been involved in CBMC since 1992 with an interest in working within French speaking countries, as well as several South American countries.

Stephen Garrison (Vice Chairman)
United States
Steve Garrison is founder and President of a development company that currently manages commercial and self-storage properties. Prior to owning his own business, he worked for IBM and was Executive Vice President of a real estate company. He holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in mechanical engineering.
Steve has served on the Boards of several non-profit organizations and including the CBMC USA Board of Directors. He also serves on the Southern California CBMC Forums Leadership Team and the Orange County CBMC Ministry Leadership Team. Steve and his wife, Joy, have three grown married children, four granddaughters and four grandsons.
Sanjay Gunasingh
India
Sanjay is currently a sales executive and director of a leading manufacturer in India of stationary and office supply products. The company was started by his grandfather in the 1950's and has grown to be one of the largest companies of its type in southeastern Asia. Sanjay has earned a Bachelor's degree in engineering, followed by a Master's degree in Business. He is blessed to have grown up in a Christian home, but dedicated himself more seriously to serve Christ when he joined CBMC in 2003. He is married and has three children.

George Huang
Taiwan
George Huang has owned and operated a crystalware distributing company for the past 18 years. Prior to owning his own company he was a merchandise manager and earned a Bachelor's degree. He currently serves as the CBMC Taiwan Board Chairman and is very active in his local church as an elder. He and his wife, Lorraine, have three children.

Sunny Kang
United States
Sunny, along with her husband, Henry, own and operate their own business which distributes personal care products, and are retailed in popular stores, such as Bed, Bath & Beyond, Linens N Things, Kohls and several other major department stores. Prior to starting their business she and her husband came to the United States as a young immigrant couple from Korea. They are also very involved in Korean CBMC, and Sunny serves on the Board of Directors for several non-profit organizations, as well as at their local church. Sunny and Henry have three grown children and two grandchildren.

Marius Leibold
South Africa
Marius currently works as a corporate consultant, focusing on making a difference in organizational and individual lives. He is a visiting professor at a number of universities in Europe, Africa and the US. He holds several university degrees and prior to his academic career he worked for several enterprises.
He has been a member of CBMC since 1986 and is currently on the CBMC South Africa Board of Directors. He and his wife, Rita, spend portions of the year in London and have three married children.

Charles N. Miller (Treasurer)
United States
Charles Miller was the president of a leading corporation that produces trailer hitches before retiring in 1988. He has served multiple terms on the CBMC International Board of Directors. He and his wife, Jaxie, have two grown married children and seven grandchildren.

Robert S. Milligan (President)
United States
Bob Milligan serves as Chairman of an animal and meat protein processing company producing biological, pharmaceutical and nutritional pet products - with production in the US and international product sales. Bob has served as the President of CBMC International since 2003. He holds a Bachelor's degree in vocational agriculture and economics and a Jurist Doctorate in law.
Bob has served on the Board of Directors for several organizations, including Prison Fellowship Ministries. He is currently serving on the United States Chamber of Commerce Board. Bob and Cynthia, have five grown children, three son-in-laws, one daughter-in-law, nine grandchildren.

Koos Mink
The Netherlands
Koos Mink's background is that of a chartered accountant and a master in business economics. For nine years he has been CFO of two listed property investments companies and of an insurance broking company. For the last five years he was independent financial and management consultant and interim manager.
2007-2008 he was interim director of UNICEF Netherlands. Koos has been a member of CBMC Holland for more than 12 years and Board member of CBMC Holland since 2003. He is currently the Chairman of Europartners. Koos and his wife, Nelleke, have four children.

Berry Mwango
Zambia
Berry is founder and executive chairman of C&B Engineering Ltd in Zambia. He received a degree in industrial engineering, followed by a master's degree in business administration. He also has extensive experience and training in strategic management, as well as sales, marketing and human resources. Berry currently serves as the president of the Kitwe & District Chamber of Commerce and the chairman of CBMC Zambia. He is also active in his local church and a council chairman with the Zambia Fellowship of Evangelical Students. Berry and his wife Carol have three children.
Jesus Sampedro
Venezuela
Jesus is founding and managing director of a leadership training and consulting firm. He holds a doctorate in strategic leadership and a Master's degree of business, both from Regents University. He has worked in industrial development, real estate and the banking industry and has lectured and trained on leadership and management related topics for diverse audiences throughout the Americas. His training has reached executive levels in a variety of organizations including the Guatemalan government, not-for-profit organizations and corporations, such as Bridgestone/Firestone, DANA, Lincoln Electric, among others. He serves as a local CBMC member, as well as on the CBMC Latin America Board. He is married to Maria.

John (Yong Han) Shin (Chairman)
Korea
John Shin is founder and President of a company that services and sells the equipment of other manufacturers, specializing in the automation industry. Prior to this, he worked in the construction industry and lived in Panama exporting Korean goods to Latin America. He also holds a degree in law. John and his wife, Young-Ja Lee, have three married children and three grandchildren.

Dean Parrack (Chairman Emeritus)
United States
Dean Parrack is a retired executive of IBM Computers. He is a former CBMC International Board Chairman and was recently named Chairman Emeritus of the CBMC International Board of Directors. Dean and his wife, Jean, have one married son and two grandchildren.

Christoph Wyss
Switzerland
Christoph Wyss practices law, as well as serving as President of IVCG, a non-profit marketplace ministry in Europe. Christoph and his wife, Margrit, have two grown daughters and a son-in-law.
