Jim was elected President and Director of CBMC International in October 2011. Prior to this appointment, Jim served as CFO and Director of Grant Road Lumber Company (family owned) in Tucson, AZ which he joined in 2007 after five years as CFO of General Pattern Company, an international hi-tech manufacturer with offices in Minneapolis, Detroit and London. He began his career as an international corporate banker in New York City with JP Morgan, Chase & Co. (Manufacturers Hanover Trust Co.). He holds a Bachelor’s degree in international relations from the University of Minnesota; an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Master's of Arts in christian thought from Bethel Seminary. Julio currently serves as a full-time CBMC representative for Latin America, focusing on the countries in South America. He also works closely with the organization, PHD Corporation, that he and his wife founded, which focuses on training and developing leaders. He has worked for various organizations as a marketing manager, including Mastercard. He completed an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and Commercial Engineering, as well as a master's degree in Business Administration. He accepted Jesus Christ through the ministry of Campus Crusade for Christ, where he served on staff full-time following his undergraduate studies. He and his wife, Lili, have two boys and one daughter.
Enrique Cepeda is the Regional Director for Latin America CBMC. He holds a Master's degree in divinity, as well as additional Master's and Doctorate degrees in theology. Prior to coming on staff with CBMC International in 1993, he was involved in church planting and pastored a church for 20 years. He and his wife, Lydia, have three daughters, two son-in-laws, and eight grandchildren.
Alex Chisanga is currently the Field Ministry Coordinator for CBMC Africa and has been involved with the ministry since 2000. He holds a diploma in church planting & world missions, as well as a Bachelor's degree in ministry and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in christian leadership. Prior to coming on staff with CBMC Zambia, he served as a pastor and worked for an IT Company. He and his wife, Bridget, have one son.
Before joining CBMC International as the National Director for CBMC Indonesia, Agus served as a regional Director of Relief for the Tsunami that devastated much of Indonesia in 2005, and prior to this served as the Director of Community Development for World Harvest. Before his roles with these non-profit organizations he worked in the banking and credit card industry for over 15 years after obtaining a degree in Economics. He has since then completed a Masters Degree in Church Ministries and a Doctorate in Ministry Leadership and Transformation. He and his wife, Sri Anekawati, have three children.
Jerry has been involved in marketplace ministry in Zambia for several years, while operating and managing his organic farm, specializing in aloe vera, moringa tea, along with other fruits and vegetables. Previously he was a pastor for over 20 years and is passionate about developing leaders. Jerry and his wife, Edith, have four children.
Joe was born and raised in Goderich, Ontario, on the east shore of Lake Huron. He and his wife, Barb, currently live in Illinois. His business experience includes owning a specialty advertising company, managing a nationally franchised steak house, starting a non-profit daycare and pre-school, president of two successful Christian schools, owning a real estate brokerage firm and also a litigation support/computer forensic company in downtown Chicago. During these years, Joe also served as Senior Pastor to churches in Pennsylvania, Kansas and Manitoba. In 1992, Joe was named “Impact Person of the Year” by a daily newspaper in Kansas. Joe has been invited by the Board of CBMC to become its next Canadian President/CEO. He is eagerly anticipating God’s continued blessing on this ministry.
Timo studied theology and graduated with a Bachelor of Divinity, as well as completing a Master's degree at the University of South Africa. Timo served as a youth pastor and trained as a business consultant in Germany before assuming the position of CiW, a European marketplace ministry, that also partners with Europartners/CBMC. In March 2012 Timo was named President of Europartners/CBMC Europe. He and his wife, Gardis, have one daughter.
Richard Samuel serves as the Director of CBMC India. Prior to his involvement in the ministry he received a Master's degree of divinity and was involved in another Christian ministry in the USA. He and his wife, Annie, have four children.
Chang Sung Kim serves as the Regional Director for CBMC Asia, prior to his involvement with the ministry of CBMC International he served in the Korean army. He has received two Master's degrees, one in economics and the other in business administration. He and his wife, Ran Sik, have one daughter and two sons.
Lee Truax worked as a Senior Business Development Executive in the IT industry for over 20 years before following the Lord's call on his life to accept the role as President of CBMC USA. He is well-aquainted with the CBMC family, being introduced to the ministry at a young age when his father, Ernie Truax, served as CBMC USA staff for a number of years. Lee and his wife, Lisa, have seven children.
