Jim was elected President and Director of CBMC International in October 2011. Prior to this appointment, Jim served as CFO and Director of Grant Road Lumber Company (family owned) in Tucson, AZ which he joined in 2007 after five years as CFO of General Pattern Company, an international hi-tech manufacturer with offices in Minneapolis, Detroit and London. He began his career as an international corporate banker in New York City with JP Morgan, Chase & Co. (Manufacturers Hanover Trust Co.). He holds a Bachelor’s degree in international relations from the University of Minnesota; an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Master's of Arts in christian thought from Bethel Seminary. Pam is the founder and president of a company specializing in career placement and recruitment services. Previously she worked as a recruiting manager for Robert Half International and Certified Public Accountant for Deloitte and Touche, as well as ConAgra Foods. She graduated with high honors from Creighton University with a Bachelor's degree in accounting and a Master's degree in business from the University of Nebraska. Nathan has had a long successful career working in commercial development both in the hospitality and retail industries throughout the Middle East, Canada and Asia. He earned degrees in both economics and hotel management. He is currently a lead developer of a new city, Lavasa, 120 miles outside of Mumbai, India, focusing on hospitality, education and business development. Nathan serves on the National CBMC India board and he and his wife, Marise, have one daughter.
Robert is currently the president of Great Eastern Lions Sdn Bhd, and president of CB Commercial Enterprise (M) Sdn Bhd and CB Management Consultants. He is also in demand as a motivational speaker and trainer in the Asia Pacific region. Robert has more than 42 years experience in sales, marketing, and agency management. He was conferred Fellow of NAMLIFA in 1992. He received his MBA Degree in Finance from the University of Hull, UK. He is also a qualified Certified Financial Planner and Chartered Investment & Finance Practitioner. Currently he is the Asian Board Chairman for CBMCI, and Founder Chairman and Advisor for CBMC Malaysia. He and his wife, Shirley, live in Kuala Lumpur.
Wei-Wang is General Manager of a Taiwan based public listed chemical company, which was founded by his father and uncle; both were CBMC veterans, and both chaired Asian and Taiwan boards. Wei-Wang received a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering and a Ph.D. degree in Industrial Engineering. He became Chairman of CBMC Taiwan in 2009 and joined Asian board since 2010. He helped mobilize Taiwan resources to revitalize the Asian Chinese CBMC ministries, especially in China in recent years. He is actively involved in other Christian ministries such as Chairman of Youth for Christ Taiwan. Wei-Wang, and his wife, Lin Cheng, have four children.
Doug is a principal in an Employee Benefits and Wealth Management business founded in 1989, which serves small businesses in the Twin Cities and Minnesota. Previously he worked for seven public companies including General Mills and IBM. He graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering; and from Dartmouth College with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. He and his wife Leann have been residents of Plymouth, Minnesota since 1976. They have two married daughters and two grandsons. Doug has been involved in CBMC since 1979.
Victor is the founder and president of Summit Group International, a global sourcing company specializing in men’s, women’s, and children’s apparel; sewn products such as luggage; tools, auto parts, printing, and electronics. Previously he worked as Senior VP of Worldwide Operations for My Twinn; and VP of Operations for ICM, Inc.; Senior VP of Sales & Marketing for Todd Uniform; VP of Operations for WearGuard; and a partner in Summerour & Associates management consulting firm. He graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Management, and Washington University (St. Louis) with a Master’s of Business Administration. He and his wife, Nan, live in Colorado.
Joseph is the chairman and the founder of an company that provides a wide range of marine communication and navigation systems for offshore oil & gas industries. He has more than 30 years of experience in the marine electronics business. He completed an undergraduate degree in marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing in England and a Master's of business administration from Oklahoma City University in the United States. In 2007, he was awarded the Pingat Bakti Masyarakat community service award by the President of Singapore. He is vice chairman of CBMC Singapore and and active CBMC member throughout Asia. He and his wife Susan have two children.
Sanjay is currently a sales executive and director of a leading manufacturer of stationary and office supply products. The company was started by his grandfather in the 1950's and has grown to be one of the largest companies of its type in southeast Asia. Sanjay earned a Bachelor's degree in engineering, followed by a Master's degree in business. He is blessed to have grown up in a Christian home, and dedicated himself more seriously to serving Christ when he joined CBMC in 2003. He is married and has three children.
Henry, along with his wife, Sunny, own and operate their own business which distributes personal care products, which are retailed in popular stores, such as Bed, Bath & Beyond, Kohls and several other major department stores and as well as through direct marketing. Prior to starting their business, he and Sunny came to the United States as a young immigrant couple from Korea. They are also very involved in CBMC Korea, both in the US and in South Korea. Henry serves on the Board of Directors for several non-profit organizations, as well as at their local church. Sunny and Henry have three grown children.
Baik (Paul) is the founder and chairman of an IT solutions and services company in South Korea. He is also co-founder and chairman of an education, consulting and coaching organization for small and medium businesses. He is a certified coach through the International Coach Federation and Professional Certified Corporate Coach. He has served as a national board member, CBMC college team leader and strategic/planning team member within CBMC Korea. He graduated from Seoul National University with a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and UCLA with a Master's degree in computer science. He and his wife, Jeehai (Joy) have two daughters, two sons, and have also published two books together on marriage and parenting, Understanding Personality Makes A Happy Marriage & Coach Parents For Happy Children.
Bob is the founder and chairman of MI Industries and Nature’s Variety – nutritional pet products companies with operations throughout the US, Asia and Europe, and is the largest producer of fresh frozen pet foods in North America. He is a graduate of the University of Nebraska with a Bachelor’s degree in vocational agriculture and agricultural economics. He also holds a Jurist Doctor from George Washington University. He serves on the board of directors of a number of organizations, including Prison Fellowship Ministries, Alpha Faith at Work, Boy Scouts of America, and the US Chamber of Commerce. Bob and his wife, Cynthia have nine children, including their daughter-in-law and three sons-in-law, and 14 grandchildren.
Berry is founder and executive chairman of C&B Engineering Ltd in Zambia. He received a degree in industrial engineering, followed by a master's degree in business administration. He also has extensive experience and training in strategic management, as well as sales, marketing and human resources. Berry currently serves as the president of the Kitwe & District Chamber of Commerce and the chairman of CBMC Zambia. He is also active in his local church and a council chairman with the Zambia Fellowship of Evangelical Students. Berry and his wife Carol have three children.
Jesus is founding and managing director of a leadership training and consulting firm. He holds a doctorate in strategic leadership and a Master's degree of business, both from Regents University. He has worked in industrial development, real estate and the banking industry and has lectured and trained on leadership and management related topics for diverse audiences throughout the Americas. His training has reached executive levels in a variety of organizations including the Guatemalan government, not-for-profit organizations and corporations, such as Bridgestone/Firestone, DANA, Lincoln Electric, among others. He serves as a local CBMC member, as well as on the CBMC Latin America Board. He and his wife, Gabby, have one daughter.
